1.  At some Majors games this year, there may be a shortage of players.  This provides an opportunity for the older Rookies players to get some experience at Majors level, by playing as "fill-in" Majors.  Parents who would like their Rookie player(s) to take advantage of this potential opportunity should read NSBC Policy E-1, sign the required liability-release form, and give the signed form to Duane Pfliger (748-6567), the President of the Club.  A list of eligible Rookie players will be posted on this page after Duane receives the signed forms.  Note that this opportunity is typically not appropriate for 7- and 8-year-old Rookies - it is mainly intended for 9-year-olds who will be playing Majors next year.

As of the date noted above, the following players are the ONLY Rookies who are eligible as pick-up players for Majors games:
        Isaac Doll
        Freddy Lundstrom
        Kordon Obenaur
        Brandon Snyder

3.  The NorthStars Board of Directors meets aperiodically, about six times each year.  If you would like to attend a meeting for any reason, call Bob Nelson (880-8841), and you will receive email notification of date, time and place, before the next meeting.
